Payment is mandatory upfront after filling out the form. It is only available through QRIS. No refunds are possible once payment has been made.
The estimated turnaround time for regular orders (not rush order) is 1-3 days (I always try to deliver the result within 2 days). The estimated turnaround time for rush orders is 1-4 hours. Please do not ask about the result if it has not reached the maximum estimated time. If it exceeds the estimated time, a refund will be issued.
If you desire a rush-order service, kindly ask about my availability in advance.
The fee for a rush order is 40% of the total orders. 1-4 hours estimated time.
Wording services are available only in English.
Minor revisions are limited to a maximum of 2 times. If there are more revisions or major revisions required, an additional fee will be charged.
Slot reservations are not available.
Copying, imitating, reselling, or any similar actions of Thalassa's wording (twitter.com/sweit) are strictly prohibited. If caught, there will be a fine of IDR 300,000.
